I noticed the other day that I have a lot more following than followers. How do I see who doesn't follow me among my friends on Instagram?

The safest way is to just check manually by searching a specific person's profile to see if you're on their follower list. Be really careful with third-party tracking apps, as they often get accounts banned or hacked.
